I have to lose as much weight as possible by the 25th of this month. I know fade diets are bad, but I need serious help. Please post anything that will help me lose weight QUICK!!!!!!!!!!!!

followings r the ways for u to get slim.......
the first one is really very the most important...
1=stop talking too much.jst think in ur mind evry time that u r getting real slim.be positive n try to feel light.keep on thinking mentally that u r getting slim.
2=do not eat n spicy food,n sweet food.u can eat a bit fatc ontaining food but only a bit.
3=do jogging slowly for 20 minutes n then a bit fast for 10 minutes.dont take break in between u can slow down bt not to stop.4
now in evening again for jogging follow the same morning schedule but this time also do sum exercises after jogging for 5-10 minutes.
take proper sleep.
and then in last i m again saying jst keep on thinking that u r getting slim.

finally u will see magic on the ur desired day 25th.
belive me this schedule really really works.

I'm sure it took you longer than 2 weeks to gain the weight you want to loose. There really are no quick weight loss solutions.

My cousin told me that if you boil red cabbage and drink the water every other day, you will lose weight, but you will get dehydrated so make sure you eat regularly and drink lots of water and excercise.

you need to work out in your own home. dancing makes you sweat and when you sweat you loose weight. eat healthy food but DO NOT eat less. that seriously doesn't help! run every morning about a mile and that should help you.
