At 130, you are at the top of the healthy range for your age, but at 136 you are moving into the "at risk" of overwight category. Since muscle weighs more than fat, you may be okay, but it would probably be a little healthier to keep your weight range in the 125-130 range, which you could do with fairly modest changes in your diet or with a little more exercise. These are good habits to get into now, because as you get older, maintaining a healthy weight gets more challenging.

your body will change alot over the next few years. That "fat" will drop unless you develope bad health habits. If you want to grow into a toned adult women see a nutritionist if your folks have insurance, get into a sport that requires you to develope your muscles and make sure your eat healthy. Balance your diet with the foods you love and the foods that help your immune system and metabolism. Dont be too concerned about your weight. When i was in high school i was a size seven but as i matured my body slimmed itself out. I did a lot of walking which helped but it slimmed out on it's own.

Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. Your weight sounds very reasonable. If you are concerned about the little bit of fat you have, maybe work on specific body parts. Don't go getting anorexic. You are a good weight for your height.

you are just right!! you can look up your bmi (body mass index) on the web at webmd.com this is the direct link, http://www.webmd.com/content/pages/18/102791.htm , but if it doesn't come up for you just go to the weight loss section click on it and and look on the left on the screen in the tools section for the BMI Calculator. But if you already want to know the answer 130-136 will put your BMI at 22.2 -23.2 and normal range is 20 so you are a good healthy weight and if you don't believe it then ask your family doctor on your next visit.
