I know there was somethign in the begining along the lines of, "As we grow up, we learn..... subtle differences" i'm pretty sure. It was on one of the first few pages with poems. Can anybody please give me the name and author of it? :]

If you go to amazon.com and search for the book, you can actually flip through the first few pages online. Including the table of contents. On the first page there is a poem by Mel Colgrove called Losing the "Us". I dont know if thats the one you are looking for, but if not, maybe the table of contents will jog your memory.

Have you tried researching it in the local library or the internet. I would opt for the local library myself.
