Most likely buried on family plantation of Long Acre and Owings Adventure - possibly re-interred but not at any existing church graveyards. Lost to urban sprawl?

Try the local historical society and then, if there is planned development going on in the area, check with the city planning department. There should be some information about churches, not graveyards but the burial of your ancestors from a local church, if they had an affiliation, they do keep records. Good luck, some one will know.

I live in Cecil County, which is 30 minutes from Baltimore County. I actually grew up in Baltimore County, in the Perry Hall/White Marsh area. Do you know the last name and what area they lived in. You can e-mail me, maybe I can help. I am a genealogy freak.
Owings Adventure sounds like maybe Owings Mills. You could look at detailed old maps of Baltimore, from the internet or library.

What are the last names of the ancestors you wish to find? I have access to a book called the Riggs Family of Maryland and may be able to locate your ancestors in there. There weren't that many families in Maryland in the early 1700s and they all seemed to intermarry. My great-grandmother was an Owings and I do have information on my direct (and possibly indirect ancestors) going back to this time period.

I would try the Genealogy department at the public library in Baltimore Co.
