Dogs usually eat grass when they have digestive problems and it helps them with that. Sometimes they will eat it and immediately throw up, but that's OK, it just means they needed to get rid of something they had inside.
All dog and all cats eat grass. I think that her not feeling well is not related to the grass.

Dogs are smarter then we give them credit for. She must have ate something that didn't agree with her and wants to throw it up. They bite off long blades of grass to swallow and the long blades tickle there throat sort of like sticking your finger down your throat and makes them throw up and they will feel better afterwords. Eating a little grass will not hurt them. If your dog continues to do it on a regular basis then take it to a Vet and see what the problem is. Once in a while is there way of getting stomach relief.

Dogs eat grass to settle their stomachs same as cats do so unless you have sprayed your yard for something then it is perfectly okay for your dog to eat grass although if your dog does this alot and not only from time to time then maybe he/she is sick and needs to go to the vet

Dogs must eat grass for certain nutrients. A common myth is that dogs eat grass when there stomach hurts, this is not true, they do it no matter how they feel.

Dogs eat grass as a type of natural doggy pepto to calm their upset stomachs.

Switch to a lamb and rice based dog food and that should help with the poop thing. Also it decreases the stinky dog farts.

A dog that eats grass is only trying to induce vomitting to clean out their digestive system. It is not bad for them.
