who's not? we all set ourselves up with a sense of false security because its our nature to have to feel in control and safe.

Whether its being safe behind the wheel or in a plane, to thinking that using a blanket at night provides you with safety from the dark.

Everyone is obligated out of human nature to some false sense of security.

I'm not sure that anyone is obligated to a false sense of security but I know that people do have a false sense of security in the world. People assume that when they go to the store that nothing bad will happen to them, but often times it's just not true. Bad things do happen, and I think that we all should be aware of that.

The police. Home security advice pages by the police constantly state that getting better lights will improve the security of your home.

Fact is that lighting as a way to reduce crime took off in the sixties and seventies, and was really popular.

However, increased lighting does not reduce crime, it only reduces the fear of crime. PARANOID PEOPLE, TAKE NOTE: Improve the lighting of your home so you can start feeling a little more normal.
