i use proactive but any bleaching cream combined with the same kind of soap should work in a few days

For spots on clothes, try dabbing with club soda. If you're taking the item off and want to get rid of the spot before it sets in, rinse in COLD water with a bit of detergent. If the stain is greasey, use a bit of dish soap. Prewashing clothes in COLD water helps to reduce staining in the wash.
I haven't tried it yet, but Tide makes a handy little stain remover stick you can keep with you for removing spots on the go.

i use t tree oil it is so good, or if you have a spot before you go to bed put tooth paste on it and when you wake up in the morning it will be gone (well depending on how big it was)

Witchhazel can be very effective. You can get it in almost every chemist, it is very safe, very cheap and is undetectable (once the smell has worn off a bit).

Domestos kills all known germs . put it on at night and spot will be gone in morning , harsh but true .
