I dont think you need to do anything surgically , you actually have a very nice body and face. looked at the pics you have on your yahoo 360. and I think save your money, if you wanna fix yourself up a bit get some fashoin tips. get a make over or someting. you have the looks naturally, but you dont seem to use fashoin to your advantage.A bit of make up, a new hair style. some cloathes that are right for you, you would be surprised how stunning you would be. hope I wasnt to blunt , you wanted honesty Ihope.

Why? It's hard to tell from your pic as it's rather small but, I would say there's nothing wrong with you.. with the way you look. People are far too hung up on how they look to themselves... we are hardest on our own image and that's wrong. You should be happy with who you are. Having work done makes you somebody you're not. It doesn't change your personality. It doesn't change WHO you are emotionally or personality wise.. it only changes part of who you are physically and to what end? You don't look the type to be vain. Don't change a thing. Be happy with you and when the right person comes around, he'll be happy with who you are and he'll tell you the same thing.

Its really hard to see with picture that small...From what i can see you look just fine i like the simple look so that goes average..If i noticed you at the mall i would try and strike up a conversation

I am 40. Do not spend your money to change your looks. Its not that the money is better then looks..but you have looks already. you just need to tell yourself its not you, its the guys, if there are none who are making the first move to date you. I mean it, not knowing you or your personality its not your looks holding you back.
