Yes I am sure its possible, but head lice and pubic lice are two different things. Pubic lice look crabbish and head lice look gray or brownish in color and they are more like idont know long rather than looking like crabs. They are both very small bugs, they lay eggs on your hair folicle, and they use a sticky substance to make them stick. The eggs look like little growths on you hair that are grayish or could be kind of clear, well head lice eggs anyway I don't know about pubic lice. If you think that you have lice you need to let someone who really knows what it is check you, head and pubic area, maybe a doctor for the pubic. But don't worry too much you just use a shampoo and a fine tooth comb to get rid of them, although you may have to treat several times. PS Dont let any one tell you that you got lice from bad hygeine, head lice is contracted by soem of the cleanest people because it is easier for the eggs to attach to clean hairs, thats why people who use hair grease or lots of product are less apt to get it! The pubic lice doesn't say youre dirty either it just says you need to make better choices as far as your sex life goes, careful not everything has a cure! Good Luck!

Yes but they are two different kinds of lice. you cannot get pubic lice just because you have head lice. but it is entirely possible to contract both from different places. The medicines work for both.

Yes. You need to have this treated. For pubic lice, probably the easiest way to treat them is to totally shave the area. Then you will only have to worry about the head lice. Don't forget to buy the spray for your furniture and carpets, and remember to re-treat.

It is possible. However, if you are having it now, it speaks of very poor hygiene and you must immediately go out to get rid of the lice and start practicing clean and neat habits. Remember, prevention is better than cure. Normally, the lice problem comes to the poor class unhygienic people.

It would be hard luck, since they are two different species of lice. The head louse is Pediculus capitis and the pubic louse is Pthiris pubis.

I'm pretty sure that they are one in the same. Where they "hang out" is the only thing that is different, so of course you can get both at the same time. Get it taken care of! Good Luck

Yes, it sure is. You can have pediculus capitis and pediculus pubis at the same time. It's not a crime to catch them, but not good to keep 'em. See a doctor or pharmacist soon.

Sure! I think that they are two different species. It's like a national park having both bears and wolves.
