when i open yahoo messenger or internet explorer my comp turns in blue screen and displays a message a fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:c14A1DB9 and never get back to normal untill i restart the comp ....not only that when i shutdown the comp it displays a message explorer error and tahes some time to shutdown pls help me..

Sounds like something has gone very wrong with your Internet Explorer. You may have a damaged file that Internet Explorer uses or a bad plugin/add-on (such as remnants of spyware.) I would suggest doing a scan at http://housecall.trendmicro.com to see if it is a spyware/virus-related problem and - if not - go to Microsoft's download site (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads) and get IE 7.0. Also - and you'll see many "geeks" recommend this, you'll probably find a safer and better browsing experience if you use Firefox as your browser instead. http://www.getfirefox.com is the official site to get that from.

You can take the computer back to the store that you purchased it from.I'm of the opinion that computer stores have never seen a blue screen.In the BIOS there is something called EXECUTE DISABLE.For me when that's switched off the blue screen disappears.If that EXECUTE DISABLE doesn't like a program,particularly at the install of the program,you get a blue screen.Stupid?Yes!
