I'm 18 years old, 5'4" and about 133 lbs. I have some extra meat on the back of my thighs right below my booty that I'd like to get rid of and as quickly as possible. I'm willing to work out as hard as I can and cut down on junk foods, fast foods, etc. I'm not so worried about pounds as I am with inches. I would like to know what are the best exercises to do and how often should I work out to see results quicker?
