I thought they only gave those to, like, Jessica Simpson or something. I have no idea; shouldn't there be a number you can call or someone you can just ask from the company?

I am not aware of a monthly spending to keep the card but from what I understand the card is by invitation only. In order to be invited to get recieve one you must charge in average $150,000 per year and the annual fee is something like $2500 per year.
