It depends on the method used to determine that score. Older, traditional IQ tests are limited to establish a score based mainly on your educational experiences and ability to solve certain 'puzzles'.
Based on that method, 115 is above average, with 100 being average.
This test does not take into account a person's other abilities which are also ultimately functions of your brain. For example, eye-hand coordination is a function of the brain not included in the older more traditional tests, but could show you to be more fit for a particular job than someone with a higher traditional IQ score, but lousy eye-hand coordination.
Also, the traditional IQ tests don't take into account individual disabilities such as dyslexia or attention deficit. Each of which may cause a person's score to appear lower than they really are.
Don't trust certain self applied tests, and don't label or limit yourself by thinking you aren't as capable or in some cases more capable as someone else based on those scores.

100 and below is low, 100-120 is average, 120-130 is moderate, 130-140 is high and 150-160 is genius. Taken on several different standardized IQ tests, my average IQ is 156-157, but I don't believe I'm at all a genius... I'd say my intelliengence is average, nowhere near where tests are telling me what I'm capable of.

You're above average but it's not super high. 100 is average. 130 is genius.
