You are already using what is need to answer your question, which is common sense.
Tis easy to see unseen intelligence is involved our world. Just think of the software program that would be required to run our body chemistry.
Tis easy to see that there is no design or plan. An intelligence with that logic sense shown in so many ways would not put their output at such risk as life is in this physical world.
Life is making it's own way along it's path. Read below.

God doesn't create every individual thing, He gave all life animal and plant, the makings with which create new life.
Without all these "flaws" there would be no change. Within these flaws contain the making of something we will or no longer need for our survival. Call it evolution, call it whatever you want but look at human progression. Less hair as we needed less, smaller jaws as we no longer needed to rip and tear our food, etc.
Or it could simply be that we have lost our instinct for "breeding". We don't care what type of defects someone may have, we just go for it. In nature, breeding is way more selective.
Okay, I'd better shut up before I get crazy with it LOL

You need to read more books if you are still confused. If you've already read a lot, then maybe you need to re-read the material as something is obviously amiss. Things aren't as complicated as you make them out to be, especially when there are so many examples in nature giving us clues as to how things that seems complicated, are actually modifications of simple structures. Your arguments on both sides are spurious.
People who argue for intelligent design use faulty reasoning and try to make their arguments seem valid through the use of scientific jargon, but if you carefully review their observations and arguments, it is clear that there is very little science involved. It is just religious people making a feeble attempt to use faulty science to make an argument for their beliefs.
I'm not going to preach, I'll leave that to the religious zealots. There is also no point in making reasonable arguments against an argument that is already unreasonable on its own.

I don't claim to understand how a sperm and an egg can create a person, or how all those cells know how to become fingers or toes, blue eyes or brown. What I believe is that nature is an incredible thing - and the fact that we all have vulnerabilities/disabilities is, to me, proof of nature. Nothing is perfect - and we should accept that.

1. how we are put together is just how it happened...no reason...just is. It may be mind boggling, but so is an unending universe. I dont understand the need to project a creator into the mix.
2. If there were a "god"; wouldn't it have to be part creator and part destructor? (as both are part of reality)...if there is a being responsible for one thing why not responsible for the other?

Ok... let me see if I understand...
sin causes the need for glasses.
Hmmmmm.
why can even the most horrible sinners correct their own vision with glasses if sin is the cause of poor vision?
What a silly notion.
Are you people for real? There is no way people actually believe that. I'm sorry, you people saying that are just repeating something somebody told you... there is no way thinking and reasoning people can really think that. I'm sorry, I just don't accept that ANYBODY really believes that.

No one knows the answers to those questions.
Scientists are attempting to discover how it all came about. That's how they came upon the theory of evolution.
Creationists are not trying to prove anything, they are merely claiming "God did it," and trying to eliminate the theory of evolution. Which would lead to what? "God did it" is not a theory and does not leave room for further investigation.
I cannot understand why anyone in the 21st century would prefer ancient myths and legends over legitimate scientific inquiry.
But, to each his own.

The problem with ID is that it is not based in Science. Science trys to find natural, repeatable explanations for phenomenon. I.D. puts a bandaid on what can't be explained by saying that "God" did it. It is a hindrance to the scientific process. I am not saying that I.D. is wrong, but I am saying that it has no place in a Science classroom as it doesn't offer quantifiable evidence.

that is the element, it universally can't be agreed on for what Jesus become like. The Bible appears to be like everywhere about who he's and what he stands for. those who many times degrade others for non violent beliefs are many times the people who bypass out their way lots for "that is the only authentic direction! All others be damned!" on the different hand, many people (mutually with me) criticize those who pontificate hate interior the call of God. Kinda makes you ask your self if their assume to be following a loving God, why they might do such hateful issues in His call.

my idea of defective may be your idea of attractive and "perfect" for you. Who is to say that God does or does not think this way?
