What are the other symptoms? Do you have difficulty seeing? Is there any pain associated with the eye? Do you have tunnel vision? Do you only see it in certain lighting conditions or is it all of the time?

It can be cataracts or it may be a fungal infection. Repeated irritation or scratching of the eye can cause problems as well. Don't mess around and go see an eye doctor immediately.
