Doesn't matter who is in office, the price of gas won't go down unless we look into other ways of getting gas. Like out of the soil up in Canada.

Every one needs to pick one day a week and not buy gas on that day ,also only use your car when you really need it
When the supply starts to flow over the tops of the tanks the price will drop. Think about it!

It's possible, but we would have to see a repeat of the 80's when large numbers of Americans traded in their guzzlers for four-banger economy cars. It's all about supply-and-demand.

not unless:
a) we start drilling for oil in precious American natural reserves, mostly wildlife parks and protected areas, which no one wants
or
b) we start relying on renewable energy and start converting gas-powered vehicles into electric, gas-electric and biodeisel powered engines.
its the only way my friend. foreign oil dependency has to go for us to get out of this crippling oil crisis.

only if we rid ourselves of OPEC, either from not buying from them or from blowing them up. but we also will need to build alot of new refineries, haven't built one in a long long time, its one of the major factors in the prices now, then the ones we had, well some of them are still not running after Katrina damaged them.
