things will happen that you though about or felt or dreamed
ex:i dreamed about a airplane crash in 1977, the next day it happened, and when i watched the news about the story, the people that were in the news story, like firemen, medic, and the way they bought the black body bag out same as i dreamed, also i would get a feeling or a thought about something and it would happen within a 24 hr period, one time when i was in highschool, we had a sumber party at a friends house about 6-8 girls, well i was the writer in the bunch and was alway telling a new adventure to amuse them especially ghost stories, we loved to scare ourselves, any way she lived on a farm, and it was night about 9 oclock and we heard the dogs barking and we were saying i wonder whats wrong with them, then for some reason i started telling what could be happening, i said there was a girl walking past the house and someone pulled up and stopped and pulled her into the barn and raped her,i was trying to scare them i thought, next morning we came in for breakfast and my friends mom and dad were talking about the sheriff and we ask what had happened and he started telling about a girl being raped in the barn, and it happened at the same time i was telling it you can imagine how i felt it was horrible, but after that if i said i felt like something was going to happened they listened Oh and buy the way im christian, was raised that way and my mother was the same way, and in the Bible Jesus said to the 12 to go and do more and better things than i have done, and i think that was a part of the more and better statement, just for the people answering this question as if we christians or just empty bodies,he wanted us to be like him, look it up

Everyone is 'psychic'. It comes from use of the right brain lobe which few every use, unfortunately. There's lot of newer books out on explanations and how to develop it. Check your local library and enjoy the learning.

"Psychic" is a pretty big catch-all term for a lot of natural biological senses and processes. Here are just a few:

Clairvoyance (seeing with clairity, seeing spirits manifest)
Clairaudience (hearing non-physical sounds)
Precognition (knowing what is going to happen before it happens)
Clairsentinence (communicating with non-human entities)
Kinesthesia (not exactly a psychic phenomenon, but more like a odd wiring of the senses- tasting color, smelling sound)
Telekinesis (this one is really attractive to beginners and seekers- but it is ultimately a useless thing)
Empathy (reading anothers emotions or pain)

Many of these things listed above are part of our natural array of senses- we're just taught to ignore them. You can learn to use these abilities with time and patience. Start with a good meditative practice, and go from there.
