My Mom always says no when i ask this, but she will say i will think about it . the next day she says absoulutly not . Why does she always say no to getting me a cellphone?

Maybe because she doesnt trust you from incidents in the past. Keep your grades high and she wont be able to refuse. ANd if so, keep those grades up, and get a job and get your phone on your own . Make it a point, that you dont need her.

Well, are you mature enough to have one? Have you even earned that privelidge? Has your mom asked you to do things around the house and you refused? Another thing to consider, can your mom afford another bill? Consider all this..........
