My father only writes in capital letters, I have never known him to write in lower case.
I don't see him as rude, or annoying?
I dont see why people are being so sensitive to it, it's hardly worth judging someones personality on whether they use capital letters or not.

15 years ago I had never even considered all capital letters, but rules of decent conduct rise up on all society's, and this is an Internet society and it has been commonly accept that capital letters is akin to shouting. So you are right it gets attention. But consider this a coffee shop, if you go into a coffee shop and shout everything, you will get attention, but you will also be considered rude.

Yes, but it also makes me doubt your level of education and ability to express yourself clearly. If such a cheap trick is the only way you can get someone to read your words, go back to school.

my question is, why you put this as a question? when all it says is "I_ARGE CAPITAL LETTERS CATCHES YOUR ATTENTION....?" how is that a question if you worded it that way....?
