First of all Congrats on the babies... It is normal for any animal to stay with the new borns for a couple of days. Sometimes they will not eat or drink, if that is the case they need to be forced somewhat by bringing food and water to them. As for the peing issue, do not worry when she is ready she will let you know, she may not realize that she has to pee as there is no longer the preassure on her bladder,
Good Luck!!

Usually, during the birth process, bitches will push the contents of their intestines out in order to make room. Usually the intestines will not fill back up for a day or two. If she is not urinating, that may be a problem and you need to call the vet. Make sure for the first couple of days, you soften her food or give her broth with a bit of small pieces of meat because she may not be up to eating a lot. In a few days, begin adding about a spoon full of cottage cheese or plain yogurt to her food in order to make sure she is getting the extra calcium to make milk.

She's probably doing her business right there, then cleaning it up. It is natures way of protecting their young. At first she'll be very reluctant to leave her babies, but give her time and approach her often with offers of food and water and talk to her. She'll begin to trust you with her babies and be willing to leave them long enough to go outside and go to the bathroom. Until then, don't push her, she's just going by instinct.

She is a too devoted mom. This happens all the time. You gotta put a leash on her and take her out...Just be certain the room is warm so the pups won't get chilled. She will be glad to go out, once she gets there....She will need a drink, and she will pee and poo.
She will wag her tail and then drag you back to the babies.

We raise Chihuahuas. Some of ours are the same way. One of ours would not leave the babies for the first five days. She will go when she really has to go. Congrats on the litter!

She may just not need to...but I would encourage her by carrying her outside, and make sure you encourage her to eat and drink water as well.

What a devoted mom!

Sometimes you have to carry the mother outside to potty, she doesn't want to leave her babies.
