There is always construction on every highway in Illinois. Are you referring to the "Ethanol Corridor" that Ford & VeraSun just started? That doesn't mean their working on the roads....It means they're going to offer E85 fuel at gas stations all along RT55 so that a person could drive all the way from Chicago to StLouis fueling their Flex-Fuel Vehicles with E85 as opposed to gas.
