It's counter-intuitive to think that the more water you put in, the less your body will retain, but that's how it works. If you are well hydrated, you will retain less water weight that if you are dehydrated. Your body tries to hold on to the water if you aren't putting enough in. And if you drink water throughout the day, as well as with meals, you'll eat less and feel full faster.

You gain weight, but only water weight. It will go away. Drinking alot of water also helps to detox your system and purge your body of the toxins that you get from processed foods. As someone already told you, it also makes you feel full. If you want some extra flavour, you can always add some lemon juice or something like that. Enjoy!

Well scientists say you wont gain wait you would urinate a lot more. Also your cells hold your water and some red blood cells so the cells would have to keep reproducing. A lot more to hold the water obviously. If they don't which they should your cells would bust and die. So my advice is don't take the chance and bust your cells drink milk also because milk does a lot of things like make your bones stronger and strengthen your teeth........... *Good Luck!!!

No, you cannot. Water washes the fat cells from your body. Water will not stay in your body. The more you drink the better.

you shouldn't gain weight UNLESS you are drinking flavored water with all the sugar/flavoring in it..

water will help flush toxins from your body..and you get rid of this when you go "tinkle" and it helps your skin to be much more healthy and improves circulation.
