When a woman is sexually aroused, the feeling that she gets is similar to the feeling that one would get when they have to pee.
Don't worry, it's normal.

sexual like work should suppress this if you are really wanting this activity if not then you are not wanting this person inside you....for you would sweat this out all over your partner and he would be given a lift by your scent....and just when you say I gotta go he would say dont leave just ******* piss all over me...if he not wanna loose you
