I just blew on my dogs face and she sneezed.
Not my idea of being mad, but whatever floats your boat...

Because its the same with humans, it's their choice to stick their heads out the window but if you blow in their face without them knowing ( like you can tell a dog that you're going to blow in their face first lol) then they probably won't like it because it was not their choice. Like it would be the same if you took a fan and turned it on in front of them, it would still tick them off. They just have to be expecting it that's all.

I don't think it has to do with the air as far as blowing in his face, I think that because you get in his face to do it, where when he's in the car all he is focused on is the wide open spaces, and the wind, other cars, other dogs, people etc.

because when you blow in there faces it bugs them because they are trying to play with you so you dont let them plus it makes them blink. When they stick there heads out a window its cuz its hot in the car and they need air they dont care bout anithing else as long as they get the air

Maybe human breath stinks to them? The way dog breath stinks to us?
I know why they like sticking their heads out the window, though. It's because they can smell more.

because in a car they can smell more than us so they stick their heads out the window to smell *better things i guess! as for blowing in their face our breath is stronger to them since they have a better smell!
