You work out every day, which is great!
Walking, jogging, and running are great ways to stay fit, strong, healthy, and feeling good about yourself!
One hour in the morning and one hour in the evening puts you way ahead of the majority of people!
So far, you are doing great. Very respectable.
But, about sweating.
Yes, sweat makes you stinky, uncomfortable, and you do need to shower. But, sweating is a very important indicator:
if you are sweating alot, in the context of exercise, then you have a supercharged metablism that is making your body run more efficiently
it means that your body is in a constant calorie-burn state
sweat removes dangerous toxins and dirt from your skin/body. You are actually "cleaner" than most people.
I understand your discomfort with sweat, but it is great for health, and your complexion.
Air conditioning, unfortunately, is the grand enemy of fitness.
Your muscles need to be warm to operate efficiently. If you put your body in an exercise state against cool/cold air, then you are stressing your body. It is devoting more energy to staying warm to accomodate your fitness routine, so you will lose workout efficiency.
Doing a two-hour per day cardio routine in an air conditioned environment can cause respiratory infections, due to the dry air that AC causes. Workout efficiency drops, and you may not notice the results you have now, which might be discouraging.
Ambient temperature is an important factor when exercising. If I am working out in a gym with the AC turned on high, then I know to wear a sweatshirt over my tee shirt.
Yes, you will lose weight exercising in an air conditioned environment, but it will be that much harder, your results will be less pronounced, and you put yourself at risk for respiratory stress.
Why not compromise? Half of the week, you exercise outdoors and the other half, indoors?
Also, do please drink plenty of water, or a rehydration drink, but only at room temperature. Again, drinking cold fluids when you work stresses your body. Don't believe that stuff about cold water giving you micro-shivers, which burns calories. Incorrect!
But, please, keep on sweating. You are a healthier and fitter person because of it.
I think that what you are doing now is awesome, and I wish more people exercised as you did.
Keep on going and do that sweat! ! !

Any weight you lose because of sweating is just water retention which is not real weight loss, where the space is fat. Sweat is not fat dripping from your body, it is just your body's way of cooling you down its called perspiration. If you don't like the sweat, use a fan put it right in front of your workout area so you can sweat as much as you want and at the same time cool down faster. I don't sweat very easily, I just tend to overheat, but I can still lose weight if I get myself in gear, get motivated, just do it and eat less junk food also if you eat lots of sweets then cut back on that and start eating you some fruit and vegetables. Drink lots of water and milk so you can go a little bit longer for each course everyday.
Good Luck !!!!!

I don't think sweating is the reason you are loosing weight. The most important thing is keeping your heart rate up! And you can do that inside or out. I like to work out inside for 30 minutes while i watch a TV show or an episode of friends!! Keeping your heart rate up is so important for burning calories! You can loose weight by sweating but that is just water weight! Keeping calories low and burning calories is the best way to loose wait

perhaps u should realize that sweating has effect on the water and electrolyte content of the body. the loss of fat through sweat is NIL. the only way to loose weight is to excercise, whether it is in the sun or under an air con.so u can use your treadmill. though it is noticed that people end up feeling more lethargic under an air condition than outside.

Yes you can. Sweating actually doesn't really cause you to lose weight. It looks like it because you lost water (all that sweat adds up to a lot of weight!). As long as you have effective exercises, you will still lose weight without sweating a lot.

sure you will loose weight, but it is totally unhealthy because your muscles are getting warm and the air condition may cause a severe pain to you muscles later on.
the best way to excises is in a room temperature that is normal, not very hot neither very cold.
Anyway even if you are exercising in an air conditioned room, you will be sweating cos your muscles are giving up energy, and burning fat, this energy comes out as heat,so you will sweat.

You will still loose weight, you are in fact still burning calories. Sweating may help you loose water weight, but you will put that right back on again.

Sweating is just a temporary way to lose weight. It's water weight. As long as you keep an elevated heart rate for more than thirty consecutive minutes you will burn fat, doesn't matter if it's inside or outside.
