I heard that this is very normal.

Yes sweaty palms is a normal reaction from the body in certain situations. If it happens with no cause and your hands sweat to the point of leaking you should look into the possibility of having Palmar Hyperhidrosis.

Some sweat is normal. Dripping with sweat when the rest of your body doesn't may be cause to see a Dr.. My husband's hands sweat excessively. He's been to the Dr.. They suggest you try at home stuff, like putting Antiperspirant/Deodorant on your hands. After trying a number of different treatments the Dr. suggested medication. For my husband it's working, but if it didn't the next step is surgery.
* If you feel your sweating is excessive then talk to your Dr. there are things you can do.

no tht happend to me and i turned into a blob of sweat... then turned back like 5 million years l8a so gl wit tht :)
