Some will say to just forget him, but it is not that easy. It does take time, you wont be able to get over him overnight. Try to stay away from him no matter how bad you want to see him. If he calls you dont answer, and resist the urge to call him. Its also not the best idea to run out and date someone new. You need to take a break in order to give your heart time to heal.

list five reason why you deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. then list five things he did which caused him to fail miserably in each of these categories.
concentrate on these standards that you have set for yourself.
If you don't take a stand when people treat you like trash, they will continue their pattern of behavior because you have permitted them to..

First off, don't deny it, that's where it gets worse. But tell that person that they have no reason for acting like that. They need to treet you like a human being, in which you are. Besides, most guys who treat girls like trash after break-ups, it's usually they guys are trying to deny themselves of them liking their ex's. But I do warn you that guys have two ideas, either we deny it, or we mean it.

If he treats you like trash, why are you with him? Were you sexually abused? Thats what makes attractions like that. You deserve better!

u get out of the recycle bin, wash urself of ur love for him (after all..that's what put u in there right? ) and go find someone who builds nice cosy places for the people who love him;)
