That depends on whether or not there's more in the fridge. If so, than your cup is half empty and needs a refill. If that's the last of it, than your cup is half full, and savoring each drop.

ah, well if your pint was full to start with and you have drunk half of it then you could say youre glass is half emtpy, because it is half way from its start point (full) to its end point (empty)
In the same way had you poured the juice into a pint glass and stopped at half way then the glass would be half full, cause the start point (empty) and the end point (full) and you are half way.
Most people presume the whole question about half empty/ half full really is a kind of template for humans behaviours and attitudes.
Which even still remains true , it depends from what point you start from and what direction you have gone.

Saying half empty or half full is not going to judge my outlook on life, it doesn't prove whether I have a positive one or negitive one. Outlooks change. But if i had a glass of water now, it would be half empty because I'm thirsty.

Depends on the mood I'm in.
Today it would be half empty, feeling s**t
Maybe another happier day it would be half full.

Well, my fancy glass of tea is almost to the brim, so I know that I am doing good. When it gets empty I am gonna refill it or get some water. You may want to consider doing the same with your drink.
