None that will admit it over the internet. ;)

But seriously--when I was in highschool (and I'm not anymore, but it wasn't *that* long ago), most kids my age didn't really seriously start dating until around 15. The dates they went on around 14 (Middleschool? You're seriously worrying about this in middleschool?) were... "cute" and the relationships would last around a week before they'd break up in the lunchroom. Not what I'd call worthy of "single" and "taken"-dom.

So unless things have progressed mightily in the last four or five years, or my social group was completely different... see my first statement.

Hopefully. At your ages you should be concerned about better things than "hooking up". All you early teens should be single. The alternative, technically, is marriage. But, seriously, please try to be young and unattached for as long as possible. There are too many grown 13 and 14 year olds out here messing their lives up at an early age. And, if your looking for a boyfriend, don't you think this is a really bad place to look for someone? Go to the mall. Go to the park. Go to a teen party. Get off the internet where a lot of horny old perverts look for young, unsuspecting kids like you to prey upon.

Hopefully, there are quite a few boys between 13 and 14 that are single.
