Volunteer! It's never too young to volunteer. Be a helper to someone, anyone. When I was your age I tutored other kids in my elementary school in reading and math, and I still tutor in reading. Not only do you learn a lot about other people, but you learn how to build lasting relationships.

Why not be more charitable? Me and A friend are currently organising a 3mile sponsored walk in aid of breast cancer. although you may only be 10.. you can still help. You can ask parents/ Brothers/ Sisters for help?

There are so many ways to fundraise and you would feel better as well..
check out this website for other ways to fundraise...

Why not do some voluntery work? Or eat organic foods. Doign such things will make you feel a better person, but also, if you manage to encourage others to help also.. life would be a lot simpler!

And as already mentioned, Be a good daughter.. Make your parents life better =)

But most importantly, Your 10 years old. Have Fun!!

Study just as hard as you can. Pay attention in school. Ask questions and if nobody knows the answers ... find out on your own.

If you want to be a difference-maker, the key is education. Discover something. Invent something. Find a better way.

It doesn't matter the subject or topic ... that choice is up to you. But it all relies on education!

It's also important that you be of sound mind and body, which includes emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. You will need all of them for the strength to sustain you through the education and the search.

Good luck! You're ten years old and light-years ahead of so many people much older than you.

"Want to change the world? There is nothing to it." - Willy Wonka (Gene Wilder)

To change the world for the worse is easy. Just strap on a bomb, go to Jerusalem and blow up the "Dome of the Rock". I promise almost instant WW III.

However, to change the world for the better is a little trickier. To change it a little, just tell a funny joke once in awhile and make someone laugh. But if you want make it dramatically better, then invest your life in discovering a cure for a major illness, or donate large sums of money towards education.

The secret to the meaning of life is nothing special. Just do the following things to stay on track:
1. Try not to get fat
2. Read a good book now and then
3. Take a walk every once in awhile
4. Try to live in harmony with all the people and nations of the world.
(List provided by Monty Python and the Meaning of Life)

Begin By making a difference in your own world. Look to your community and see what are the areas that need most attention and see if you can do something. You will get to make the biggest difference when you are older. You can start now by making sure you grow into a well rounded woman who is a strong believer in herself and not a 'Stupid Girl'! Don't do anything just because your friends are doing it but because you want to, and if anyone makes fun of you for doing what you do don't stop they are the ones who are not doing anything to make any difference. Much luck!

I am shocked to see a 10 year old with such compassion and determination. Try asking your parents if you can volunteer for a good cause. A little volunteer work can go a looooooong way. With that kind of attitude you can do anything in the world. Just remeber never loose that hope, you can inspire lots of people, including grown-ups to help you make the world great. One little person can make a big difference. I hope you do make a difference, more people need your kind of attitude. Thanks for inspiring me, I'll try to help this world too!

Try to stay true to your self. Believe in yourself. Study hard in school. Don't follow the crowd,be a leader. Try to smile alot and be happy.Don't do things that you know in your heart are not the best for you.Respect people and yourself. You'll be showing people around you that it's important to take care of yourself so that then you can,in turn, take better care of the the rest of the world.

Study hard in school and pursue a career that you are passionate about.

Do volunteer work in areas that interest you.

Stay off drugs and avoid alcohol until you are 21.

Where are your passions? Decide what area of the world you want to make a difference in and focus your volunteer energy and career in that area.

Do not allow yourself to develop any prejudice. Don't judge or tease anyone based on their nationality or race, handicap, how rich or poor their family has, etc. Take a stand against people who do. By doing this, you will be bringing the world one tiny step closer to becoming more peaceful.
That value was engrained in me in elementary school and it is something that I will be passing onto my children.
