All sodas are dangerous sugary substances, leading to obesity and osteoporosis. They are pure chemicals with 0 vitamins or minerals and ignorant people drink that crap instead of water and nutricious fruits.
Americans drink them because they are ignorant and because US government is a slave to the big corporations selling cheap crap.

I don't know, but Mountain Dew ads shrinked a lot in Egypt though the drink itself still exisit in market.

Look, just because they are from a different part of the world than you, doesn't mean that they are stupid! If the beverage was dangerous, they would take it off the market, just like Americans would. Why would they risk harming their own citizens? Use your common sense, one of the most dangerous things in the world is ignorance, and underestimating the other citizens of the world.
