Just took me an hour to go 5 miles through St. Paul, Minnesota. We really just have 2 seasons here. Winter and road construction.

Try the I405 in L.A. any day.It doesn't have to rain even.If a dog pisses near the curb,someone will spin and cause a wreck.The I10 between Ontario Ca. and L.A. isn't much better!

Orange County, California is the place to beat ladies and gentlemen. New York, DC, Atlanta, Portland, Seattle and the like have got nothing on Southern California traffic.

The 405 through Los Angeles, especially near the 10 interchange and LAX.

Most of my bad traffic congestion experiences have been in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas........congestion was basically just too many people, and peeps not paying attention......In any of the three, moving 1 mile can take up to an hour or more, depending on where you are situated in traffic........ :-)

Going from Philadelphia to the King of Prussia area is horrible during rush hour. rush hour can range from 45 minutes to an hour 15. off peak 30 minutes

Los Angeles, 3am, Sunday morning. 6 lanes of traffic in both directions at a standstill. No accidents. No cops. Nothing but traffic.

south of Chicago.. this past February.. I guess they are STILL working on that stretch of highway. It took us almost 3 hours to get through it.. I don't even know how long it was .. it just seem to last forever. This was at 2am also... and there were still tons of cars!
