Clean consumable water is important and I would believe your county health department may be able to test for you, or if they are unwilling to do so may have a service that they would recommend. The county is normally involved with all types of goings-on in their jurisdiction so give them a call. Also be aware that there may be several different departments to go through before you get what you need accomplished.
