I think that as long as two people love each other and are both over the age of 18, that the age difference doesn't matter. In my current relationship, there is 15 1/2 yrs age difference between us. The max age difference in my past was 20 years.

Well that's a toughie because there are so many other variables .... education, personality, maturity, psyche .....
Our current age difference is ten years ( I am older ) and we have no problem there at all. But saying that, if you want a definitive general answer, I would say that ten years is a reasonable maximum but again, it depends. Anything can work with the right things in place ..... a lot of men and women simply seem made to be with older/younger partners. But today is today and you need to look in years to come to see how things may differ then ..... but if the love and feelings are strong and true, most things can survive. The other consideration is what you feel about outside influences i.e what others think, how they view you, how that effects you. To conclude, if you are looking for some reassurance as to a current growing relationship, I would suggest a ten year gap is fine or anything in between .

I think the max should be around 1/2 the younger ones age. so if you are 18 date up some one no older than 27 and if you are 40 no older than 60 obviusly this is only a rough guide. apart from my husband how was quite a bit older than me mostly I have dated men my own age or younger

As long as both parties are legal and have some things in common, it really should not matter. But I'd think that 10 years to 15 is as much as you can go without experiencing a true generation gap. I'm 38 and my guy is 31. We've been together 8 years now, and sometimes we are on different levels, but we still make it work.

For youthful it should be like by using some months and he needs to be interior of a similar type 365 days as me like i'm a freshman so he won't be able to be any youthful than that. He ought to correctly be as a lot as 3 years older even though it really is high quality by using me. except he's Robert Pattinson then screw it there is not any age vast difference, lol.

Well I am 52 and I don't believe I would marry an 18 year old woman but even 20 yrs difference in my case would be okay. A lot depends on what you have in common and what is important to you if the attraction is there.

I was in a loving relationship from the time I was 19 and my mate was 42. We were happy for 13 wonderful years until tragedy struck, and I am now a widow.
All I can tell you is that I would do it ALL again. Love is never a mistake, and age ain't nothin' but a number, chile.

I think its a bit weird if its 10 or more years but I also know a very happily married couple who have 19 years difference.
My biggest gap was almost 10 years, just after I turned 18 I dated a guy who was about to turn 28, but he was actually less mature then I was.
It all depends on your maturity level.
