Ford Tech here, Under the pcv valve, in the lower intake is a screen about the size of a half dollar that keeps oil from being sucked into the engine, it will over time stop up. Go to the parts store and get a new filter screen and rubber grommet. It will most likely be hard to get out, so this is how I get them out. Get a big lag screw about 3 to 4 inch's long and about 1/4 inch round and screw it in the old screen to it starts bottoming out and it will push the old screen up . Take a pair of pliers and jerk it on out. The new one will be easy to push back in, then put new grommet in and push the pvc valve back in the grommet. Any parts store should have the PVC screen for that car.

If you replaced the PCV already, then it's probably just "blow-by" in the crankcase, caused by worn piston rings. Your engine is getting tired but may run a long, long time even with this condition.

The pcv valve is stuck closed,or there is little or no vaccum going to it.
If it is not that the compression rings in the engine are worn out.

sounds like a cracked block. Well if you know a good mechanic, you could locate a engine for it and have it installed. it was a great auto in it's day.. the only problem is gas. (the price of gas today!)
