Interesting study, very interesting (and encouraging) results. I'd like to see how these numbers move after two more years of the current Godidiot-In-Chief's administration. :-)

Thus the reason crime rates are up, politicians have no direction and judges let child molesters out because they have a drinking problem themselves. This is the slippery slope to the decline of the American society.
