Yes, I eat my vegetables... except the ones I don't like. Such as Green Peppers (or most peppers), Onions, Eggplant and other terrible tasting or bland tasting vegetables.

Of course, going total vegetarian means to lose some proteins and other essentials you can only get from meats. Most anemics are vegetarians. Also those with low immune system, low tolerance to sunlight and other health problems.

Besides, our bodies and teeth were designed to consume some meat. If we were meant to be only vegetarian, we would have the same teeth as Horses, Cows, Deer and other herbivores.

Without a doubt! If it had a pulse or a face I'm not eating it! Now I have no problems obtaining enough protein as some have suggested. Not a total vegan, as most of my food is cooked do to my job which keeps me away for a week or more, I find the food keeps better for prolonged periods. It is a matter of choice, not for everyone, although it is my belief that if more tended towards a vegan style diet, the millions of tons of grain it takes to support the meat eater diet would be more than enough to feed the worlds starving masses. People say they require the protien for strength, well I work outdoors in the Arizona sun 12 months a year a min of 10 to 15 hours a day, and no problems with the Vegan diet what so ever.
That's what this is all about, opinions, now you have mine!

Swami Ramdev explains -- even as u get indignant , u start up sweating, start up trembling etc, even as u are afraid , u start up sweating , trembling etc. Why ? because there r secretions of harmones etc. interior body. So u can comprehend what percentage undesirable secretions take position even as an animal is killed . ingesting one of those flesh is truly undesirable for psychological wellbeing. Now u see such an excellent style of swine/cow/fowl -flu etc are spreading with the aid of animals. besides Nature has not made us to eat non-veg. because a non-veg ingesting animal has very lengthy gut to digest it yet v have small one.
