Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars
1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch morsels
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup margarine
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 325. In medium saucepan, melt morsels with margarine and then stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy, beat in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and egg.

Mix well and then pour into prepared pan, top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool to room temperature, chill before cutting into bars.

No but I have one for you.
1. one 8oz block cream cheese
2. 1/4 tea spoon lemond juce
3. 1tea spoon vanilla extract
4.1 8oz can of sweetned candendsed milk
blend together with mixer.
5. 1 gramcracker pie crust.
When you have mixed all the ingridances together pour them into the pie crust put into refrigarater over night then it should be ready to eat the next day.
I hope I have not left anything out I am recalling this from memory

yea ive made cheesecake with sweetened condensed milk...it just makes the cheesecake thicker and creamier..its really good. just when ure makin the batter for it.. add the condensed milk.. theres really not much to it.. just add the other ingridents u usually put and add the condensed milk.. thats all
