Hey everyone!! I went to get my hair done yesterday Sat.at this salon, I got my hair darkened and highlights and also a cut! Well I had an appt. at 12.00 and didnt get called until 12.40, I was there for 3 and a half hours, and the stylist did everything wrong, I told him I didnt want to see any red in my hair and that I wanted my highlights to be honey not BLONDE!! This stylist had two assistants and i think has a very good reputation, he is always busy!!! I told him that I wanted to keep my side bangs long, and he cut them like full bangs and short! I told him I wasnt happy w either, the cut and color, and he said that next time he wont charge me for color!! I paid $150.00, and made an appt on tues, this salon is closed sundays and mondays, so he can change it, but I really wanna know if I just can come back on tues and ask for a refund? do u guys think its possible> will they give it to me ? I really dont want him to touch may hair EVER!!! Thanks!

The reason why I paid is because I was so overwhelmed, I was running late to my job, I just wanted to get outta there! But yes myabe I should have refused to pay! But i hope its not too late! Any hairstylists here to offer some advice?
