There isnt... you might just both be exposed to environmental factors- like noise or light.
You're experiencing migraines- it could also be caused by certain foods both of you eat. Find similarities in your lifestyles, foods, etc, and you'll find the cause.

The pain could be associated with numerous things. Colds and flu cause stiff achy neck. It could be some kind of contamination of water or air or something you all ate.

It could be stress, it could be a multitude of things. Visit a physician and let him/her do the deciding. Without a physical exam and just words on a page, it's difficult to give an opinion.
