I suggest Royal CAribbean or Princess. Your teens are probably much too old for the Disney stuff on their ships. And they are too young for the partying on the Carnival ships. The food on RC and Princess will be much better and you will enjoy your cruise experience more.
All cruise lines have programs for familites traveling with kids. There are programs specifically for teens and a staff person is assigned to supervise their activities each day. Ships even have special areas for kids, like a special pool area and a teen dance area. Check out this from Princess:

Well, since I work for the Worlds Leading Cruise Lines, I am kinda biased to the eight lines they offer. But if you are looking for the Caribbean (which is the most popular cruise out there) you will probably want to do the seven day out of Galveston, Texas on the Carnival Conquest.
Carnival has loads of stuff for teens to do on the ship and with this Itinerary you would be doing the Western Caribbean, with loads of stuff to do in all the ports of call.
Also, the adults would love the supper club on board the ship... its an awesome dining experience!!! I know i sound like a commercial, but I love cruising Carnival. Its been my favorite out of all of the cruise lines I have tried.

Carnival and Disney are the most well-known for families. Having been on Princess and Carnival, I'm sure you know what they are like. So you really don't need anymore details on those. Princess probably didn't have much for them to do as they are typically an adult cruise line.
My choice would probably be Disney or Royal Caribbean. They are both great and have quite a bit for teens. You may think of Disney as being for children, but they really do have some great activities for older kids, it is a great line for all ages. Honestly, this is probably my favorite line. It's just an all around great cruise and, in my opinion, one of the best cruises are far as quality of food, cleanliness, shows, etc. It's a great line. I think it also offers a lot for the adults. There are times where you will be around a lot of kids, but that is pretty much expected with lines that are better for famlies. But Disney has such great service that it tops the other lines that are good for families. There are areas for adults only, so you can enjoy your vacation together and also spend some time apart.
If you are on a tighter budget, Royal Caribbean would also be good. They have lots of on-board activities and they are quite popular among teens. I don't feel the quality of the cruise is quite as good as Disney, but great for the price. A ship like Freedom of the Seas would be great for teens. Royal Caribbean is a really good line for families. Just be sure to look for a newer ship, it makes a lot of difference.
Carnival may be less than Royal Caribbean, sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. But, I don't feel this line is as good as Royal Caribbean. Food, shows, service, rooms, cleanliness, etc. all seem to lack a little with Carnival. And, the onboard activity does lean more toward college aged kids, which can mean a lot of partying and drinking. I feel the atmosphere onboard is kind of like mixing a spring break destination with Las Vegas. It just isn't one of my favorite lines, but a lot of people do love it.
My recommendation would be to go to some cruise line website and look around. See what they have to offer for teens and then see what your kids like the most.

Rather than answering this by endorsing one cruise line or another, I thought that the views of MSNBC might show you what ideas are out there for you to travel with teens.
Sounds like a fun vacation!

What about the Disney cruise line? It's not just for tykes. In fact, they have something for every member of the family. You can get a land and sea package.

I'd go Carnival, absolutely. If the kids absolutely detest dressing up, try NCL.
