Join the French Foreing Legion and fight for france they will give you a new Identity and make you a french citizen and pay you and feed you when your term of service is up you can live in france with full citizenship they take foreingers hince the name foreing legion (Best jungle fighters in the world)

Well that depends on where you're from ... if you are a political refugee from outside the EU (you would not have a hope in hell anyway claiming political refugee status if you are from any EU country), your first port of call is the closest neighboring country to the country you're fleeing from ... you can't just decide you don't like your country and go to France ... they have very stiff immigration laws, and would more likely than not deport you back to where you came from ....

Being Indigent or homeless doesn't make one a refugee unless you are a victims of some sort of disaster and it is unsafe for you to remain in you place of origin or residence. Hence there are political refugees who can argue that to return to such a place would endanger their life and others are war victims and in some cases victims of famine, blight, earthquakes and so no!
