I can never hold anything back do all tell all i live a open life...Just trying to give you all nice folks a little room to vent and get that edge off...Or at least able to clear the ole mind..Thanks for the answers

Watch out for that. The worse the thing is, the worse off you'll be. Holding it in can lead to negative mental and physical reactions believe it or not.
A situation can occur where the person or persons you did the wrong to do something that makes you wonder if they know what you did or not. They don't come out and say it, but something tipped you off. This can drive a person crazy or make them life very confused and angry because they're walking around with such a burden. And when you have knowingly done something wrong against another and are keeping it secret, you then tend to become critical of that person.
The thing to do is to take responsbility for what you did. I understand if you don't want to admit to another person or especially to the person you did the wrong to. You can always write them a "pretend letter" and then tear it up or burn it. The more you write the better, just spit out as much as you possibly can UNTIL YOU FEEL BETTER ABOUT IT OR REALIZE SOMETHING. Write the letter as if you were really going to give it to them.
The best thing would be to tell it to another that will not judge you in any way regardless of how bad of an act it was, but instead will just listen and say they have heard and understand you and won't go into discussing it when you've gotten it out. All that happened is you were heard. It's not easy to find people like this that will make it safe but being able to admit such things safely can change your life because you won't be walking around with this dagger in your side, you will have taken responsiblity for it. Now if you did something horrible like murder, it will never be safe in this sense to tell anyone but you will have at least have taken responsibility.
And you can always do some good deeds for another or others. This will help you to repair and feel better about yourself. That you even asked this question suggests you're looking for a solution, which is good. Now finish the job and do your part to make the world a better place.
