I have yet to hear a voice - God speak to me through my heart - If I am doing good things and it makes me happy and I hurt no one by my actions, Than I will accept this as good. many will think I am crazy, many will deny my God, Many will spit upon my beliefs, but I will continue to listen to God.

What do you mean, that voices "seem" to be telling you to do "good things?" Are these good things along the lines of volunteering at the local soup kitchen, or along the lines of cleansing the streets with an AK-47?
Talk to a psychiatrist and get on some medication. Chances are, the voices will go away.
Generally speaking, hallucinations tend to be troubling or frightening. If what you are hearing bothers you, you should seek professional help. Likewise, if the voices are preventing you from living your life like normal. However, if they are not troubling you, you are functioning normally and you can deal with hearing them, then carry on.

Why do you ask?
SHUT UP IT IS A SERIOUS QUESTION!!
But I just want to know, all the voices in my head are nice...
YOUR A TWIT, I AM THE ONLY VOICE IN YOUR HEAD
I am going to get some ice cream
GO AHEAD EAT A TON, YOU IT WON'T MAKE YOU COOL
But I just want some ice cream
It is always Satan you hear.... God is much more subtle... tuning into his voice is much more difficult as we are accustomed to responding to the voice of Satan, it is in our nature. It is not to our benefit.
Spend time in prayer seeking the relationship with God, not seeking things. The "things" will get there. God seeks to have that relationship with us, but needs our permission and our submission to him.
The source of the promptings you describe will be clear as you draw closer to the Lord....
God Bless

It could be. The skeptical and atheists will write it off and seek a more logical explanation for the phenomnenon you are experiencing, but if the voices are not harming or hindering your relationships with people, with yourself, and with your environment, then I see no reason not to let you believe what it is. However, I have an uncle with schizophrenia, and so if you start to get paranoid or the things you are doing are starting to bring harm, then please seek help immediately.

If you're hearing voices, and they disrupt your life, then it may be that you're schizophrenic. If you're having visual hallucinations, if you're not caring for your appearance or your health, if you feel as though you have things crawling under your skin, then you may be schizophrenic.
Bottom line is--if you can live your life in a functional manner, and you're not doing harm to yourself or others, then live your life.
If you have any questions, I'd go to a mental health counselor, rather than the internet. Treat your mental health as you would your physical health. If you have an ache, you take some aspirin. Don't be reluctant to take anti-psychotic or anti-anxiety meds. They're very helpful in many cases.
Good luck.

David Berkowitz, the New York City serial killer from the 1970's said he was being commanded by God, through his dog Sam, to kill 6 people. But they say that with schizophrenia, you're never alone!

God doesn't use a verbal voice to speak to anyone, His voice is heard in our hearts, so to speak. It comes to our minds as an answer that wasn't there before, like magic, but more profound and pure and above all else, it will always contain undeniable truth.

Don't let any voice tell you what to do; make your own decisions based on what you know t be right. Also, I doubt that any voices in your head are going to be from anything/one benevolent, you should pray about it, and if that doesn't work get medication for it. Unless you're Tom Cruise, because he knows the HISTORY of psychology, drugs can;t EVER help him. XD

There were recent cases in Texas of women who murdered their children and claimed God told them to do so.
It appears there is no real test for determining where those voices people hear originate.

i think the worrying word here ( for me anyway ) is " commanding "
i often have little talks with my inner self or that of my guides .. but no guide , spirit , god even would command anything of you in my opinion
and i don't believe in Satan so no point in me commenting there
