I'm looking for a Bob Dylan 1996 Premium California Red wine, but I was wondering if anybody knew anything about this wine, and where I can find out how much does it cost.

I thought it was an Italian wine called Planet Waves, fist vintage was 2002 and is currently available for around $70-80

I have an unopened bottle of Celebrity Cellars 1996 Premium California Red Wine with a graphic of Bob Dylan's face on the front and the following description (on the back) of Bob Dylan: Mixing folk, rock, country and politics to create his style, Bob Dylan has changed the rules for everyone who works in the music field. Dylan has been pop music's great master poet and an ever changing performer." I believe that is the wine bottle you are referencing.
