It really is a personal taste you find a recipe you like and alter it.. Remember to write down what and how much you changed it with that way when you go to do it again you can either add more or add less or even change it again if you didn't like it at all..good luck

If you have access to a health food store (Whole Foods, Wild Oats, Vitamin Cottage) they have people there who are very well trained to help people with your types of allergies. They alway have a good selection of cookbooks there too. You may try logging on to one of their websites.

my girlfriend has a few allergies aswell but find best way is to just use normal recipies and omit things cant have or substitute for what you can a bit of trial and error and you should find things that you like aswell as family/ friends enjoy aswell
