I have checked "enable midi output", and they are still playing, but with no volume. Any help would be appreciated.

MIDI are not sound files. MIDI are signals that are inputted into your computer via a MIDI controller.

For example, in a studio, I'm the producer and you are the singer.

The INSTRUCTION the producer tells you would be the MIDI. The note you sing would be the Audio.

You cannot play MIDI files. You can record MIDI input, and then play the AUDIO on top of the MIDI. However, this requires a deeper comprehension of music softwares. Stick with the Looping functions in FL5 for now.

Hope that helps. :D
