Contact the Better Business Bureau in your area and ask them to help you. You may also want to contact your credit card company again and cancel your account, reopening it with a new one. That way the company will no longer have your credit card number. You may also be a victim of identity theft, so you might want to check your credit score and your other credit card/bank statements for suspicious charges. If there are more, I would contact my local police department and all the companies, and reopen the accounts with new numbers and security codes, making sure that you have security questions only you would know the answer to, so that whoever stole your information will no longer have access.

If it's in the US, look up the website Whitepages for home listings and go reverse phone number and you will get an address. Or try the Yellowpages in the US website. Good luck with the hunting! Don't you just hate being a victim?

Your credit card company will cancel disputed charges if you contact them *in writing* (that means snail mail - not email.) If you did not authorize those charges, someone may have stolen your card number. You should think about canceling that credit card, and have them issue you another one with a different number. (It only takes a few days.)

call your credit card company and report this form of fraud. and ask for a new credit card number. this can fix everything. your credit card company will also look into that entity and investigate them. you may not have to pay either this way
