has your mother put her in charge? sit down and calmly talk to your mom about it. ask her to sit down with the both of you and set the ground rules of what is to happen when she leaves you two alone. You may want to stress with your mom that you do not want to get your sister in trouble, but that you would like a clear understanding of what your mom expects.

if you sister is older sh may just be looking out for you but if she is just being a brat lock her out of the house and tell your mom all the bad things she is ever done

not unusual. some people thrive on any kind of control or power they can get.
let her mouth run. when she tells you what to do...providing it's not something your mom wanted you to get done, just say things like...ok, i'll think about it. or, ok, i'll take that under advisement and get back with you. it will drive her crazy and eventually she'll stop.

MAYBE YOUR SISTER YELLS AT YOU BECAUSE YOU INTENTIONALLY DRIVE HER CRAZY!! JUST GET OUT OF HER WAY AND LEARN NOT TO BUG HER!! GO OUTSIDE RELAX AND TELL YOUR SISTER IF SHE NEEDS HELP SHE CAN FIND YOU OUTSIDE. HELP EACH OTHER OUT AND DON'T FIGHT! BE THE BEST OF FRIENDS.

well all u got's to do is lock yourself in ur room and it sucks if ur mom only listen to the oldest one! but still i'm the oldest so then all is fair in love and war!
