Atheists, because they are generally tought to be smart, astute, to fend for themselves, to make things happen for themselves and to act right here right now all by themselves. Atheists know how to take advantage of things and have good problem solving skills.
Christians however complain, whine and pray, waiting for a miracle to come their way.
In the case of diseases, Atheists don't wait and act immediately through science and technology, but Christians oftenly discard medicine and pray for a miraculous healing. They oftenly end up dead and think it was God's will, while the Atheist survive and thanks himself for not falling into the bullshit trap of Christianity.
Bottom line, Atheists live a healthy live, Christians live a crappy life.

I would say it all depends on what you mean by healthier? if it is emotional then I would say either one depending on the person. An Atheists can have great emotional stability without the need to be spiritual and a Christian can have the same but being spiritual. Christians might have more stress because they might worry they are not pleasing the right spiritual being all the time. And an Atheists might stress because they might feel they have to handle it themselves all the time. This is in my opinion but I can be incorrect.

Well, healthier is rather subjective and doubt there any reliable stats available, but imagine if they were available there probably wouldn't be much difference. Christians have a place to go when bad things happened to them and not blame themselves or random circumstances, atheists need to accept more responsibility for their lives but have more time to think about how to improve it because they are not wasting time with religion.
So maybe a better question would be who has a more productive or happier life?

Atheists straight out deny there is a god. They have nothing to back up their reasoning but pure ignorance. Christians believe every word in the bible and live their lives according to how God wants them to. That, in my opinion is also ignorant and arrogant because they don't honestly know what God wants them to do aside from what they've read in a man-written book.
People can believe what they want, but no one truly knows what the answer is until they die.
So who's happier? Neither. They're both equally miserable believing they know the answer, but deep down, knowing they have no idea.

Strangely enough, a lot of atheist seem to be healthier at least emotionally because their views, which are not restricted by interpretation of the Blble and fear of going to hell, make them more relaxed as people. Religious people seemed to always be worried that they or someone else will be going to Hell and they have to save them and then not do all sorts of things and that makes them stressed out. It's just my impression though.

This is debateable.
For myself, an Atheist (the non-prophet organization), I have no worries of going to church, praying, or attending any special events. I care not of going to hell, or using the Lord's name in vain.
Comparatively, Christians have mental reliance, follow stricter moral values, are decent people, and are usually seen with a more positive image casted on them.
There's no "Definite" yes or no to this question. It all depends on how you view each person.
If I had to make a choice, I would say Atheists.

What do you mean by "healthier life?"
Because there is evidence that religiosity correlates with better physical and psychological health.
I think, however, that living a "healthy" life has more to do with eating lots of green veggies, rather than on religious preference.

There are both Christians and atheists who eat health food--there are also Christians and atheists who eat a lot of fast food and high-cholesterol foods.
People are individuals. At a gym, you'll find Christians and atheists (as well as Jewish people, Buddhists, and many other types of people). Some in each category don't exercise at all.
Too much stress is bad, and you will find a variety of workers in highly stressful jobs. All in all, you will find people of a healthy life style in every faith, and in atheism (as well as unhealthy lifestyles).

Hard to say. But, one for one, I'd say Christians because of the belief that the body is the temple of the spirit. That gives many a religious reason not to smoke, drink, do drugs, etc., and to eat well and get plenty of exercise.
Universal? Of course not.
